At TAPPAN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture selections. If an item doesn't perfectly suit your space, we offer a 30-day return window for most products in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure safe transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand off your package to the designated carrier; once our team inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
